As you'll see below, many of the sermons posted on the website are named with a series of numbers and letters that might seem a bit random. They do have meaning, though. Take, for example, the sermon titled, "29 Ordinary C 2013." This means that the sermon was offered for the 29th Sunday in Ordinary Time, Year C in 2013. What is Ordinary Time, you ask? Or, for that matter, what is Year C all about? Ordinary Time refers to Sundays in the liturgical year that aren't feast days or celebratory festivals, such as Easter or Christmas.
